Unskilled Labour can easily operate mould. Even Ladies, small child or Disable person to some extent can also make candles with mould
Skilled labour is MUST or Compulsory

Production

Production cycle time 15 to 20 minutes and if your Mould has 50 cavity, you can prepare 1600 candles With that mould in 8 hours approximately
Production cycle is 15 - 20 minutes and your machine cavities are 300, production capacity will be app. 9,000 – 10,000 candle i.e. 6 to 7 time depend upon skilled labour + helper

No helper required. Single person can work on various moulds to make varieties of products Such as plain, designer and floating

Dispatch

Easy cost efficient shipping could be done easily. To send by Air Post Parcel / Courier at your door step which after dispatch reaches at your place at 7 – 12 days

For Exports [ outside India ] –

Being Heavy could not be send by Post Parcel, hence to be send by Seaways or Airway. One has to consider that cost also

Best for new comer Once you are set in business – experienced for couple of years & have much sales which could not be fulfilled by moulds then only machine is advisable.

Compare to machine, it could be started in hardly 5 – 10 % investment as required for Semi Automatic Machine It requires huge investment. As it gives very Huge Production you also need huge investment for Wax & other accessories

Firstly one should be practically able to sell such a huge candle then only one must try for machine otherwise you have to keep the machine idle which would indirectly be waste of your resource – labour, rent, investment
