In Regular Mould ordinary metal is used & as you see in the Picture it has rough finishing & not advisable for Quality candles.
Mirror Polish Mould brings Glossy Smooth shinning on Candle Surface compare to rough lining as on Regular mould
We do not manufacture Ordinary / Regular Mould. Its been mention for reference purpose. We maintain / manufacture quality mould only.

Production cycle is of app. 15-20 minutes. Process being manual depends on one's efficiencies.
Hence from 1 mould in 1 hour on can manufacture app. 100-200 candles depending on diameter of candle.
So in a day for 8 working hour on can manufacture 800-1600 candles from 1 mould. This much capacity is sufficient to serve one's local requirement. If you have more requirement multiple the number of mould.

Approximate Custom mould size may be in ready stock, but mostly they are make to order. To manufacture a custom mould will take us nearly 3 – 4 weeks time, depending on your size, time of order & our workload at that point of time. This we shall let you know as soon as we receive your details.
